Prava Strategic Advisory is an integrated legal and business advisory firm based in Jakarta. We advise boards, investors, and family enterprises on matters where legal and commercial questions cannot be separated: transactions, governance, market entry, and corporate transformation.
The firm was established in July 2026 by four senior practitioners with backgrounds across corporate law practice and management consulting in Indonesia and the region. They founded Prava on a specific observation from that work: companies routinely receive legal advice and business advice separately, and are left to reconcile the two on their own. Prava was built to close that gap, with one team, both disciplines, and one accountable answer.

PT Prava Strategic Advisory was established by four founding partners who, before Prava, held senior roles at law firms and management consultancies serving clients in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia. Their prior work spans corporate and commercial transactions, foreign investment structuring, and organizational strategy. Prava brings that experience together in a single advisory practice.
Our founders' collective track record and strategic participation encompass high-stakes engagements, including: strategic portfolio assessments across 20+ State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), five-year corporate long-term plans (RJPP), advising on a US$600 Million acquisition strategy for a major conglomerate, regulatory & FinTech compliance for a multinational financial group, large-scale manufacturing procurement optimization, and intergenerational governance & growth advisory for family-owned enterprises.
